If you are a Microsoft Teams user or managing an IT network for once, you will end up with this error. Even after completing three years of the service and collecting dozens of user information through feedback, Microsoft Teams isn’t the perfect software yet.
Error Background:
When I installed Microsoft Teams on a new PC, I continuously got this error “We need you to sign in! Either your password changed, or the server needs your sign-in info again.
Because of this error, I couldn’t log in to Teams on the PC. I click the Sign-in button, and Teams goes away. A few seconds later, it opens up again, and I’m at the same error/prompt window. It’s done this multiple times.
I tried to completely uninstall the software and download the latest version from the Teams web portal. But even after installing the latest version, this issue didn’t resolve.
Solution 1: Delete Microsoft Teams Credential in Credential Manager

-
Now Again, try to sign in to Microsoft Teams; this time, you will be able to sign in without the We need you to sign in! Either your password changed, or the server needs your sign-in info again error.
