  • Type ncpa.cpl in the run command and press enter to open the network connection page.

  • Right-click on it and go to the properties

  • Select Use the following IP address:
  • Check your LAN setting and type the respective LAN IP address, subnet mask and Default Gateway address
    • If you don’t know your IP address, Subnet mask or Default gateway, right-click on your network device again in the network connection folder and select “Status.”
  • Select Use the following DNS server address:
  • Check your LAN setting and type the respective DNS address as shown in the above image
  • Click OK to close
